Experience

Blake joined EQ Research as a Clean Energy Assistant in 2015. His expertise includes local solar permitting procedures and requirements and state and utility efficiency incentive programs. Blake contributes to the Policy Vista Legislative, Regulatory, and General Rate Case services by monitoring and analyzing state clean energy activities.

Prior to joining EQ, Blake served as an Intern with the Training and Workforce Development Program at the North Carolina Clean Energy Technology Center at N.C. State University. In that role, he provided administrative assistance to the production of courses housed within the Renewable Energy Technologies Diploma Series.
