The Arizona Corporation Commission has opened a generic docket (Docket E-00000J-14-0415) to investigate distributed solar PV business models and business practices, and their impacts on utilities and customers. A schedule has not yet been established for the case. Based on subsequent ACC discussions, this docket may also include a discussion of a previous ACC decision regarding its regulatory authority over 3rd-party system owners. The ACC likely will issue a letter requesting party input on these issues.
