The agenda for an open meeting held by the Arizona Corporation Commission on September 9-10, 2014, indicates that the Commission planned to discuss, consider and possibly vote on opening a generic docket, initiating a generic workshop process, and/or developing procedures for rate cases or other utility-specific application processes in order to study and consider rate design options for electric utilities, including rate design options for distributed generation and net metering, and other possible rate design updates.
