Experience
Alicia earned her Paralegal Certificate through Duke Continuing Studies’ paralegal program and graduated from Columbia College Chicago, where she majored in fiction writing, with a marketing minor. In addition to supporting clients with regulatory filings, Alicia is EQ Research’s data center policy and green hydrogen subject matter expert.
Prior to joining EQ, Alicia has worked as an author, publishing a historical fantasy novel, while volunteering as a mentor to aspiring writers, offering editorial feedback and services. As a Key Spouse with the US Air Force, she also acted as a liaison between unit leadership and Air Force families.
