Experience

Kevin Fox is General Counsel for EQ Research. Mr. Fox has consulted and provided legal expertise to numerous energy industry clients for federal and state compliance matters, drafting and negotiation of commercial agreements for various renewable energy projects, interconnection of distributed energy resources, and wholesale power market contracts. Mr. Fox’s experience includes working with public and investor-owned utilities, renewable energy developers, and federal and state-level regulatory commissions. In 2011, Kevin Fox was named one of California’s 25 Leading Clean Tech Lawyers by the Daily Journal.
