Experience

Eleanor graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in June
2024 with a Master of Public Policy, specializing in the Design and Innovation
Track, with a concentration in Environment and Human Welfare. Throughout her
academic career, she focused on human-centered design thinking,
environmental justice, policy research, and political science.

Prior to joining EQ, Eleanor worked at MDC on the Rural Prosperity and
Investment Team. Her key projects included community-based economic mobility
report writing and a capstone delivering promising practices and
recommendations for philanthropy-serving organizations focused on rural equity.
Additionally, Eleanor has held research roles exploring environmental law, storm
mitigation funding, and global humanitarian issues.
