
Experience
Heather recently earned her Master of Environmental Management degree from Duke University’s Nicholas School of the Environment with a concentration in environmental economics and policy.
Prior to joining EQ, Heather interned with the Electrification Coalition where she researched electric vehicle policy like electric vehicle corridors and utility incentive programs. She also interned with the Center for Biology Diversity in Florida and worked on endangered species and phosphate mining issues.
