
Experience
Seth graduated from North Carolina State University in May 2024 with a Master of Public Administration and a concentration in policy analysis. Throughout his academic career, he focused on issues related to rural decarbonization and environmental ethics.
Prior to joining EQ, Seth served as a Policy Researcher at the North Carolina Clean Energy Technology, where he was responsible for tracking legislative activity and commercial incentive offerings. Seth also worked as a Research Assistant at North Carolina State University, contributing to a variety of reports highlighting the deployment of renewable technologies.
