The California Public Utilities Commission has initiated a new rulemaking to guide the state’s electric investor-owned utilities in the development of their Distributed Resources Plans, and to review, approve, or modify and approve the plans as envisioned in A.B. 327. As part of the rulemaking, the CPUC has invited comment on a list of 16 questions. The IOUs are required to file proposed DRPs by July 1, 2015, pursuant to A.B. 327.

The deadline for responses to the CPUC’s 16 questions is September 5, 2014.
