CT: Customer complaints spark review of banked net metering credits

Due to a high volume of recent customer complaints, Connecticut regulators have launched a proceeding to review the state’s banking policy for net metering credits. The Public Utilities Regulatory Authority’s investigation will cover when and how kWhs credits are accrued, banked, used, priced and reimbursed, particularly when customers change retail electric suppliers.
