The Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services has initiated a rulemaking to repeal the state’s long-dormant (and wildly over-subscribed) solar incentive program, pursuant to legislation (H.B. 7147) enacted in June 2014. If requested within 21 days of the notice published in the Florida Administrative Register, a hearing will be scheduled.
