The Oregon Department of Energy has scheduled a public hearing to receive comments on draft revisions to the state’s residential energy tax credit (RETC) rules. Written comments may be submitted by October 23, the same date on which the hearing will be held. The proposed revisions would reduce the tax credit from $1.70/W to $1.50/W for solar PV systems placed in service in 2016.
